At Leavitt Industrial Group, we seek long-term, sustainable businesses within our core business verticals with strong growth potential. We do not acquire start-ups or high-tech businesses, nor do we participate in venture capital or angel investments.

If you own, operate, or work for a business that aligns with our investment approach, we encourage you to confidentially contact our Corporate Office.

We consider the following criteria favorable for potential acquisitions:

Experienced leadership
A capable management team committed to growth.
Market position
A significant share within its industry or a defined market niche.
Diverse relationships
A well-balanced supplier and customer base.
North American presence
Established operations within the United States and Canada.

We consider the following criteria favorable for potential acquisitions:

image

Operational depth. Strategic clarity.

We don’t acquire companies to sell them; we acquire to build enduring success. This perspective enables us to make operational and investment decisions with discipline, clarity, and the patience to see our plans through.

Our goal is to find companies that align in approach, culture, product lines, and operating structure, and that have plateaued due to a need for deeper investment in systems, people, or process. We invest in these areas to help businesses reach the next level as part of a cohesive and integrated group.

We work shoulder to shoulder with empowered local leadership to unlock new opportunities, elevate performance, and deliver lasting value to our customers. Our long-term approach ensures that we stay deeply engaged with employees, customers, and partners—making decisions that serve the broader mission of our growing network.

image

Deep industry roots, respected by peers.

Our divisions thrive as part of a cohesive, integrated group—unified by shared values, strategy, and purpose. By leveraging the scale and capabilities of our broader organization, we drive innovation, efficiency, and sustainable growth across the entire portfolio.

We work closely with divisional leaders to shape strategy, allocate capital, and strengthen performance, ensuring every part of the group benefits from shared momentum. This integrated approach enables faster decisions, deeper collaboration, and smarter investments. As we expand through our buy-and-build strategy, our industry credibility continues to build trust with owner-operators, whether as future partners or respected peers advancing the sectors we serve.

Investing in people. Building for the future.

We believe cohesive teams achieve far more than individuals working in isolation. By fostering strong partnerships with our people, managers, and leaders, we cultivate a culture of entrepreneurship, teamwork, and shared commitment to driving value across all divisions. We invest in growth and learning opportunities, offer competitive compensation, and provide solid benefits to support our employees. With great people at the core, we believe sustained success naturally follows.
