Tom Leavitt acquired the Materials Handling division from Finning Canada and founded Leavitt Machinery. Leavitt Industrial Group was formed. Former names were Venturis Capital Corporation, and prior to that was Leavitt Machinery and Rentals Inc. Red Deer Forklift was founded by Duane Demeria, a Calgary forklift mechanic, and his wife Marguerite. They built a successful business selling over 50 forklifts annually with a team of 15. After five decades in the industry, they sold to Leavitt Machinery to enjoy retirement, staying proudly connected as Leavitt continues their legacy in Red Deer.

Dave and Pina Vandenadel’s family-run Kitimat rental business joined Leavitt Industrial Group amid a major LNG project. Despite international interest, they trusted Leavitt to lead their next growth phase. Proximity to the site enabled strong on-site support. Pina stayed through 2024, overseeing the Small Tools division until its sale, while Leavitt focused on local material handling and construction clients.

Founded in 1989 and servicing the Portland metropolitan area, Premier Lift Truck Services Inc. was acquired by Leavitt Machinery USA and currently operates from the location under Leavitt Machinery Portland, OR.

Carer Forklifts North America was formed in 2014. Carer is a global business specializing in the production of high capacity electric forklifts. With a growing demand for businesses to reduce their carbon footprint, Carer focuses on providing green materials handling solutions for applications where diesel or gas powered IC lift trucks were previously the only option.

A family-owned and operated company founded in 1997. Statewide Lift Truck specializes in intermodal equipment, forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts and industrial cleaning equipment. It was purchased in 2014 and currently operates under Leavitt Machinery Lakewood, WA.

SAP PARTS™ is a rapidly growing manufacturer, designer, and supplier of advanced Mechanical Face Seals, Floating Seals, and specially treated products. Serving the heavy engineering, construction, mining, defense, transmission, and agriculture sectors, the company delivers precision solutions to OEMs across these industries with a focus on technological innovation and reliability.

Purchased in 2016, Sourceline Parts connects hundreds of dealers, independents and suppliers purchasing millions of dollars in parts and equipment daily across North America.

Now operating as Leavitt Cranes USA, Pacific Tower Crane—originally owned by Thom Sicklesteel—was acquired in 2017 after a transition through Barnhardt Crane. Thom supported the transition and served as GM. With operations in Mount Vernon and Tacoma, the acquisition gave Leavitt access to a major U.S. market. Investments in fleet and facilities have since made Leavitt Cranes a leading provider in the region.

Now operating as Leavitt Machinery Lodi, California, the 2014 acquisition of Statewide Lift Truck marked Leavitt's entry into the Terminal Tractor segment. This led to the Lakewood, WA location and a connection with Denise Kendrick, owner of GFL and a long-time Capacity Tractor dealer. With 40 years in the business, Denise joined Leavitt through the acquisition, bringing her successful parts and rental operation into the fold.

Crane Safety Ltd. has been successfully training crane operators, riggers, supervisors and others in the hoisting arena since 1985. As of 2017, it currently operates as the Operator Training branch of Leavitt Machinery Edmonton, Alberta.

Lonestar Forklift purchased, currently has nine locations across Texas. Established in 1991, Lonestar has been a reliable presence in the state for over 30 years, and has experienced significant growth since, continuously expanding their network of full-service facilities to serve businesses across the state.

Since 1992, the family-owned P&H Equipment has grown into a leading provider of both new and reconditioned lift trucks, specializing in sales, service and rental of new, used and fully reconditioned forklift trucks and material handling products. As of 2018, they operate under Lonestar Forklift Austin and continue to serve the needs of the Central Texas industrial, commercial, manufacturing and distribution community.

Since 1999, Lift Depot has become well-known for its great reputation among customers and vendors alike, providing equipment sales, rentals, parts, service, maintenance programs and operator training. Operating under Leavitt Machinery since 2019, their hard-working, dedicated team of people throughout their four branches in Ontario continue to strengthen their position in the market.

Advantage Learning Solutions has been a provider of safety training services to workers in the oil and gas, and construction industries since 2008. With two locations in Northern Alberta (Edmonton and Fort McMurray), they offer a wide selection of in-class and online courses. This allows them to provide solutions to both local and remote operations.

Reliable Forklift Sales has been providing forklift sales and service to the Phoenix area for over 18 years, and in 2020, they joined the Leavitt Machinery dealership network after which they transitioned to Leavitt Phoenix, AZ in 2023.

Based in Kitchener, ON, Provincial Lift Truck has been providing unique solutions for material handling equipment since 2003., servicing the manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, food & beverage, construction and retail applications with full sales, rentals, parts, and service support. As of 2021 they currently operate as Leavitt Machinery Kitchener, ON.

Since 1976, PTI has been a leading North American supplier of parts for CAT® heavy equipment, emphasizing service to the mining and construction sectors. Headquartered in Washougal, WA, PTI operates from eight locations, offering one of the continent's largest and most diverse inventories of rebuilt, used/salvage, new OEM surplus, and aftermarket parts, as well as components and attachments.

Superior Forklift Ltd. was founded in 2001. Currently operating from three branches in Saskatchewan and Manitoba, they offer material handling equipment solutions from more than 25 trusted brands.

Acquired in 2021, Hansler Industries is a leading multi-line forklift dealer in Ontario, with over 60 years of experience. They distribute lift trucks, commercial dock and door products, and professional cleaning equipment from top global suppliers of material handling equipment, across their four locations.

Since 1964, J.H. Thomas Industries has worked closely with companies to solve their material handling and storage challenges. As a full service material handling company, they are dedicated to making businesses more competitive, more productive and more profitable. Thomas Lift Truck was purchased in 2021 and currently operates as Leavitt Machinery Brampton, ON.

Started in 1979, material handling and equipment specialists A-lift Equipment transitioned to Leavitt Machinery Belle River in Ontario in 2022.

Proudly serving the forestry, mining, and construction industries from their Okanagan location in British Columbia, Warners HD Parts has been a trusted name for over 22 years. In 2022, they transitioned to PTI Kelowna, a move that has enabled them to further expand and offer customers enhanced access to an even larger inventory of rebuilt parts through PTI.

Ross Equipment completed the transition to Hansler Winnipeg in 2022. It was originally founded in 1948 in Manitoba, specializing in material handling and warehouse supplies.

Acquired in 2023, On-Track Supplies currently operates under PTI Grande Prairie and serves the heavy equipment needs of industries across Grande Prairie, Alberta, as well as the nearby areas of Clairmont and Beaverlodge.

Family-owned and operated since 1976, Capital Industrial completed their transition to Hansler Industries in 2023 and currently operates five locations in Western and Central Canada.

Founded in 2017, Ohio Valley Parts & Equipment rebranded as PTI Kentucky in 2023, opening a new chapter in serving the heavy equipment industry.

Central Tractor Parts purchased, currently operates as PTI Edmonton, Alberta
